- What is your Return Policy?
If you are completely not satisfied with your purchase (damage during shipment or wrong item/type/shade/etc) you can send it back to us.
- Returns must be made within 5 days from date of you receive the products.
- Damage items must be returned together with original box and receipt (For those who received electronic receipt, please email to email@example.com with subject “Return item” together with the post tracking number)
- How about postage charges?
Customer would have to bear for the postage fee shipped back to us during return process and we will provide free postage when products send back to customer. Please allow 14 working days for this process to be complete. We do not refund shipping charges that customer have paid during first purchase.
- How can I return my purchase?
